CONVOY

CONVOY (yes, new name – still us!) was founded in 2020, by us: Matt & Celine. Matt has been in the army for 6 years and Celine is an engineer. Together they bundled their forces to create a nice place where people can work on their goals. To make people stronger, fitter and happier is the ultimate goal that brings us life!

First day we wanted to open our doors, we had to close it: 16th of March 2020 – the first day of the first lockdown. That had been a hard pill to swallow. But our inner fire to keep going and support the people to be healthy and feel good was stronger than ever. If it wasn’t for our passion and our members we wouldn’t have survived!

Nowadays our place is open 7 days a week and filled with personal training sessions, CrossFit classes, Strength Club and Booty Club – where records go through the roof! To see everyone get stronger, fitter and laugh a lot means even more now! It creates a shield to protect their health and we’re creating many memories! The community is growing, the workout scores are growing and we have a very good time. Certainly a dream coming true! Book a trial week here.
